MC36177 Overview
In order to prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, these devices are packaged in Radial packages. A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors could operate at 16V voltages. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 16V. PTC thermistors should produce 1W heat.
