Tray is acceptable for shipping the power management.For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 32-LQFP .For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.It is intended to be used at System Basis Chip as well as for other applications.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~125°C .For its operation, this power management requires 5.5V~27V voltage.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching MC33912 .It is possible to find 32 terminals on the power ic.Supplied by 13.5V voltage, the power manager can accomplish the many demanding tasks.It is a 4.5mA power ic.
