The part must have a voltage of 3V~18V in order to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C. A Surface Mount mount is used for this part. High and low output current states are both 3.5mA 8.8mA. The 4000B series contains it. There are 14 terminations totally. Inputs are limited to 2. The logic device is a typical Gates. Circuits number 4 make up this device. Part now bears a 50pF load capacitance. It requires a minimal voltage of 3V to supply the device.
