MC10EP451FAR2 Overview
It is embeded in 32-LQFP case. D flip flop is embedded in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. It is configured with Differentialas an output. The trigger it is configured with uses Positive Edge. The electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The JK flip flop operates at -3V~-5.5Vvolts. In this case, the operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA. A flip flop of this type is classified as a D-Type. The 10EPseries comprises this type of FPGA. This D flip flop should not have a frequency greater than 3GHz. The list contains 1 elements. As a result, it consumes 125mA quiescent current and is not affected by external forces. It has been determined that there have been 32 terminations. The power supply voltage is 3.3V. It belongs to the family of electronic devices known as 10E. Vsup reaches 5.5V, the maximal supply voltage. It is imperative that the supply voltage (Vsup) is maintained above 3Vin order to ensure normal operation. Additionally, there are NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -3V TO -5.5V on the electronic flip flop that can be referred to.
