MC10EP105FA Overview

It is equipped with a full-functioning Differential output. The communication type is 2 Input AND/NAND Gate logic. It is possible to extend the operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. The inputs contain the 2 axis. The product belongs to the 10EP series. The power supply used by this device is 3V~5.5V. There are 32 terminations on the part. There is a 32 pin jointed to it. The normal voltage needed for the part is 3.3V. Powered by 4-basic circuitry, it has a low power consumption. In the 10E product family, it can be found. Devices should have a maximum voltage under 5.5V. This device must be powered by 3V or higher voltage to function. There is also a NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -3V TO -5.5V feature in this part in order to improve performance.
