MC10EP08DR2 Overview
This package contains 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). This package contains the Tape & Reel (TR) package, which can be downloaded here. Surface Mount is available for purchase. The unit has a fully functional Differential output that can be controlled. In order to communicate with it, the 2 Input XOR/XNOR logic communication type is used. The operating temperature at -40°C~85°C has been extended. A 2 input is included in it. The 10EP series includes this, so it belongs there. The power supply that powers the device is a 3V~5.5V power supply. Parts with 8 terminations are included in the package. There is a 8-pin join between the pins. For this part, the normal voltage is 3.3V. Circuits are built using 1 basic. The product is part of the 10E line. It is important to keep the device's maximum voltage below 5.5V in order to protect it. This device is dependent on 3V voltage or higher to operate. As a result, this part also incorporates NECL MODE: 0V VCC WITH VEE = -3.0V TO -5.5V as part of its performance enhancements.
