There is a AND/NAND Gate logic type of communication used in this application. There has been an increase in operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. There are 4 Input (2, 2) inputs in it. It is part of 10EL series. It uses a 4.2V~5.7V-type power supply to operate. A 8 termination is included in the part. There is a 8 pin jointed to it. For this part, a normal voltage is 5V. Circuits based on 1 basics are used. Devices should have a maximum voltage under 5.7V. It should be noted that this device requires 4.2V or higher voltage to operate. The part also features NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -4.2V TO -5.7V for increased performance.
