MC100LVEL37DWG Overview

A member of the 100LVEL family, this clock buffer is a digital camera. A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.8V. An IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used in order to achieve this. To ensure normal operation of the cut smart buffer, the supply voltage (Vsup) should always be kept above 3V. It is possible to have 4 true outputs. When utilizing this gadget, NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE= -3V TO -3.8V can also be obtained. The maximum operating temperature of 85°C°C allows for stable operation.
