8-VFDFN Exposed Padis the way it is packaged. It is included in the package Tape & Reel (TR). T flip flop uses Differentialas the output. It is configured with the trigger Positive, Negative. In this case, the electronic component is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Powered by a -3V~-5.5Vvolt supply, it operates as follows. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA. There is D-Type type of electronic flip flop associated with this device. It belongs to the 100EPseries of FPGAs. You should not exceed 3GHzin its output frequency. As a result, it consumes 45mA quiescent current. In 8terminations, a transmission line is terminated with a JK flip flop that matches its characteristic impedance. The 100EP51 family contains it. An input voltage of 3.3Vpowers the D latch. In this case, the electronic component is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Basically, it is designed with a set of 8 pins. Its clock edge trigger type is Positive Edge. There is a FF/Latchesbase part number assigned to the RS flip flops. There are 1bits in its design. It reaches the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) at 5.5V. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be above 3V. Using 1 circuits, it is highly flexible. On the basis of its reliable performance, this D flip flop is well suited for use with TAPE AND REEL. There are -4.5V power supplies attached to it. This T flip flop features a maximum design flexibility due to its output current of 50mA. It is also characterized by NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -3V TO -5.5V. In this case, the high level output current is set to -50mA. A 50mAvalue is set for low-level output current.
