32-LQFPis the way it is packaged. It is included in the package Tray. Currently, the output is configured to use Differential. This trigger is configured to use Positive Edge. This electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The JK flip flop operates at -3V~-5.5Vvolts. -40°C~85°C TAis the operating temperature. There is D-Type type of electronic flip flop associated with this device. The 100EPseries comprises this type of FPGA. In order for it to function properly, its output frequency should not exceed 3GHz. In total, there are 1 elements. This process consumes 135mA quiescents. A total of 32 terminations have been made.
