MC100EP105FA Overview
A package with 32-LQFP. There is a Tray package included in this package as well. It is available in the Surface Mount version as well. Differential output is fully functional. It uses 2 Input AND/NAND Gate logic communication type. At -40°C~85°C, the operating temperature has been extended. It contains inputs for the 2 axis. The 100EP series includes this, so it belongs there. A 3V~5.5V power supply is used to operate the device. An additional feature of this part is that it has 32 terminations. It has 32 pins jointed. Part 3.3V requires a normal voltage of 3.3V. A 4-basic circuit is used to build it. It is important to keep the device's maximum voltage below 5.5V in order to protect it. This device must be powered by 3V or higher voltage to function. This part also includes NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -3V TO -5.5V to improve performance.
