Shipments can be made in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.The power management is targeted at Energy Harvesting and other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.The power management runs on 2.6V~18V voltage.It is recommended that the power ic receives its supply current at 1.9μA .
