MAX803SQ293T1G Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-70, SOT-323 functions for your convenience. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. 3 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~105°C TJ . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The power management's supply current is 800nA. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to MAX803, the base PMIC number.
