It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. Please refer to power management for SC-70, SOT-323 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 3 pins. Pin count of the power management is 3. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.2V for this IC power. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TJ. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 800nA is the recommended value.
