This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 50kHz. Input voltage 2.3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -1.31V -15V. As a result of the 200mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 16.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible.
