Its 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4V~15V.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number MAX5054.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 4A.An output current of 4A is supported.Its maximum power dissipation of 1.454W shows its power loss capacity without overheating.Gate drivers in this series are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
