MAX3890ECB+TD Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) case contains it.Packaged in 64-TQFP Exposed Pad cases.Mounting type Surface Mount should be used.-40°C~85°C operating temperature of the device is variable over a wide range.There is an output voltage of 3.3V volts on the chip.The user will be able to enter input into the form by using the LVDS form.Interface ics recognize PECL outputs.Inputs 16 have to be operated.Devices with 1 outputs can maintain them.As a whole, it has 64 terminations.There are 64 pins on the chip.Serializer/Deserializer can handle voltages up to 3.3V.Surface Mount is capable of mounting the device.The operating supply voltage for the chip is specified as 3.6V volts.Parts' telecom IC types are sorted using ATM/SONET/SDH SERIAL TO PARALLEL/PARALLEL TO SERIAL CONVERTER.
