Tray cases are delivered.The product is packaged in a 256-LBGA Exposed Pad case so it can be easily transported.Serializer/Deserializer is recommended to use the Surface Mount type of mounting.0°C~70°C TA operating temperatures are varied by the device.Input can be entered using a LVTTL form.ICs with PECL outputs are recognized.Inputs 40 have to be operated.In addition to maintaining 8 outputs, the device can also generate DC outputs.You are able to search for related parts based on the CY*15G04 family.There are a total of 256 terminations on it.Several pins on the chip are available for use.Its supply voltage is 3.3V.Mounting Surface Mount is possible for the device.Serializer/Deserializer is specified that the chip should be operated at a voltage of 3.3V volts.In order to sort the part's telecom IC type, TELECOM CIRCUIT are used.
