MAX32631ICQ+ Overview
For the purpose of saving space, it is available in the 100-TQFP Exposed Pad package. Surface Mount is used for mounting. In the package Tray, it is included. It is equipped with a ARM? Cortex?-M4F core processor. Work should be performed at a temperature of -20°C~85°C TA. Memory type FLASH is used for program memory. 66 I/Os have been provided by the device. It has a part number of MAX32631 that can be used to locate similar components. QUAD is the position of its terminals on the board. 100 terminations are present in it.
