For greater flexibility, the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4V~14V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number MAX17604.The mount method is Surface Mount.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.There is an output current limit of 4A for this device.The output current of this device can be set to 4A.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 1.0309W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.
