There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.8V as an input voltage. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 400mA Switch output current. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
