The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. According to NAND Gate logic, the algorithm works. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~6V is required. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C are extended for operation.
