Inverter logic governs its operation. It is necessary to ensure the full functionality of the part by providing a voltage of 3V~20V. Operational temperature extended around -55°C~125°C. In Through Hole, the part is mounted. High and low output current states are both 12mA 48mA. This is part of the 4000B series. The total number of terminations is 16. In addition to 6 functions that significantly boost the user experience, the part includes 6 other features. It is part of the 4000/14000/40000 family of chips.
