LTC6951IUHF#TRPBF Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). In the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 40 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 2.5GHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.45V. As long as there are 3.15V~3.45V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~105°C, which is what is estimated by the test. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, LVDS logic levels.
