For greater flexibility, the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tube is the packaging method.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4V~6.5V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver consists of 12 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number LTC4447.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 5V.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.A total of 12 pins are available for component connections.There can be a voltage up to 42V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Mosfet gate drivers solves the power supply problems for diverse applications based on Mosfet gate driverss power supplies of 5V.
