There is a 38-WFQFN Exposed Pad package that includes this.Channel 1 is currently available.The package resembles a Tube.In the way of Surface Mount, it's set up.The electrical component in question falls into the classification Hot Swap Controller.A reliable operation requires the temperature to be set to -40°C~85°C TA.A General Purpose application is available for the device.There is a reference to it in I2C, OVP, UVLO.In the case of a 10.8V~12VV power source, it should work just fine.Auto Retry, Current Limit, Fault Timeout, Latched Fault, OVP, UVLO features are programmable.Presently, there is a limited supply of 2.5mA.
