There is greater flexibility with the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.In the absence of a 4.5V~11V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~85°C TA.Input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LTC3901.As a result, it is configured with 16 pins when it is designed.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2A volts.The board has a total of 16 component pins.The basis of the model has 1 outputs integrated.Setting the operating supply voltage to 5V is recommended.
