Capsuled in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4V~36V and has a 4V~36V supply voltage. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. This switching controller can switch at 250kHz~530kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
