LT4321IUF#TRPBF Overview
It comes in 16-WQFN Exposed Pad case. Packing the part in Tape & Reel (TR) cases is ideal. Surface Mount is used to mount the part. There is a voltage of 20V~80V applied to it. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C~85°C must not be reached by this component. It is suitable for the component connected in Power Over Ethernet (PoE). There is a Bridge Rectifier classification for the device. There is a N-Channel type of FET. The part is available with 16 terminations as an option. There are 16 pins on it. LT4321 is the basis for the part. The performance of this device is powered by 55V. In the part, you will find 16 pins. The minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this part should not be less than 20V. In order to reach the maximum supply voltage, Vsup has to reach a value of 80V. This device is powered by 32μA, which is the supply current it uses to operate. Surface Mount-mounting is recommended.
