ISL6146EFRZ-T Overview
The case comes in 8-VDFN Exposed Pad shape. Parts should be packed in Tape & Reel (TR) cases. There are two ways in which this part is mounted. The voltage that is applied to the circuit is 3V~20V. There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C~125°C for this component. It is suitable for the component connected in N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems. There is a N+1 ORing Controller category assigned to the device. Among all the types of FETs, there is a type which is known as N-Channel, which can be recognized by its graphical representation. Pins are attached to it using 8 pins. The part is based on ISL6146. The purpose of this is to run the supply current for the part at 25μA in order to run it correctly.
