For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 38 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 110kHz~2.5MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's 3A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 60V. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 15V for operation. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the LT3992 family.
