A QFN EP package would be appropriate for this. Total pins are 36. A voltage of at least 4.8V volts is required on this part. A voltage of 32V volts is recommended for this chip. It should not be less than -40°C in order to activate this device. Temperatures below 125°C are recommended. The output voltage is 4.1V. It is available to power the chip input voltage under 32V. There is 4.8V voltage limit on the device, so it can operate below 4.8V. It is recommended not to power the battery below 4A for battery safety.
