On the board, there is also a 30-WFBGA package that saves space.Using this LED driver, there are 5 outputs.The mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.It emergys as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency and reliable performance.-30°C~85°C TA is the operating temperature of the led driver.It provides considerable benefits for Backlight, Camera Flash.Using the frequency of 1MHz~2MHz, it operates.It operates using 30 terminations.This configuration is built upon 30 pins.A voltage supply less than 3V could result in undetermined failures.It has been mounted on Surface Mount.The base part number for this LED driver is LP5527.5.5V is an acceptable maximum value for the supply voltage.In this device, the output voltage is 5V volts.In addition, it can be classified as Display Drivers according to its characteristics.In order to achieve highest efficiency standards, the supply voltage must be very low, preferably at 3V.It is capable of delivering high efficiency when the maximal supply current is below 850μA.The electronic component can function fully when the switching frequency is maintained at 2MHz.
