LMX2313USLDX/NOPB Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-WFQFN, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations.
