LMK04100SQ/NOPB Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.08GHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There are 3.15V~3.45V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
