There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaged in a Cut Tape (CT)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 18μA. You can always use LM809, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
