This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space-saving 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 2.1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 3.9V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. DC DC switching regulator's 3A output current allows for maximum design flexibility.
