LM5165DRCT Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 10 terminations in this voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of Up to 600kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.223V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 150mA output current. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation. As a member of the LM5165 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 1.23V volts. For switching regulator operation, 10 pins are used. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 1.223V at least. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 65V. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 10μAA of quiescent current. Adding the ALSO OPERATES IN PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature improves this switching regulator's efficiency and stability.
