The 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 1 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4V~12.6V.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.It's configured with 6 terminations.The base part number LM5134 refers to a number of related parts.When the device is designed, it has 6 pins.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are several useful electronic components within its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.For its basis, 2 outputs are integrated.An output current of 7.6A is supported.
