Its 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.By using 3.5V~14V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Inverting is used.There are 10 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Many related parts can be found under its base part number LM5110.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 10 when designing the chip.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER that is employed in this device.There is a maximum output current of 5A.Components with 10 pins are available.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 5A.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 2mA.When not affected by external factors, this part consumes its quiescent current at 1mA.
