The 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Using a 8V~14V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LM5109.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.A voltage of 12V is required for its operation.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1A.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The number of component pins is 8.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 108V.The device is capable of delivering a current of 1A.A part's quiescent current at 200μA is the amount of current consumed when it is not affected by external factors.
