The 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 9V~14V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver consists of 10 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number LM5100.The mount method is Surface Mount.When designing, the device is configured with 10 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.On the board, there are 10 component pins.A boot strap voltage of 118V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 1A.When no external influences are present, its quiescent current at 200μA refers to the current this part consumes.
