Its 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 9V~14V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Its configuration starts with 10 terminations.There are various related parts under its base part number LM5100.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 10 pins when designing.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.An output current as high as 2A can be achieved at maximum power.In this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers, there are numerous useful electronic components.There can be a voltage up to 118V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 2A.Its quiescent current at 200μA refers to the amount of current it consumes when unaffected by external factors.
