In the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~75V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at Up to 1MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
