LM5034MTCX/NOPB Overview
In the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 13V~100V volts and has 13V~100V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz 600kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Frequency Control, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control.
