LM4970SD/NOPB Overview
14-WFDFN Exposed Pad saves board space. It adopts the way of Surface Mount for mounting.Initially, it emerges as a Linear with high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.The led light driver is capable of operating at the operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA.There are many benefits for Backlight.The frequency of 60Hz determines how it operates.The terminations 14 are designed for its operation.The configuration of the board is built around 14 pins.The number of segments is estimated to be 3.It's mounted by Surface Mount.LED drivers are found under the base part number LM4970.There is no problem with the voltage of 5.5V.Further, it can be classified as Display Drivers based on its characteristics.At its minimal input voltage, it operates at 2.5V.For highest efficiency, it works with a minimal supply voltage of 2.7V.Supply current is limited to 5.5V at its maximum value.It is possible to obtain a high efficiency with this device when the maximum supply current is less than 4mA.In this case, the load can only be supplied with 42mA current.It's possible for this electronic component to fully function when the switching frequency is maintained at 60Hz.Several applications make use of this LED driver from the Boomer? series.
