As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 5-WFBGA, DSBGA package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2MHz. Regulator 2.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.7V. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation.
