In a Tape & Reel (TR) case, the IC voltage regulator is delivered. There is a TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 case with the integrated voltage regulator. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 2 terminations that can be connected. Regulator IC chip's output type is Adjustable. This component features 1 Voltage regulators.
