Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, 5 terminations are present. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.6MHz. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
