LM2670S-5.0 Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 7 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 260kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. With its peak reflow temperature of 235, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. As part of the LM2670 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found.
